Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is one of my favorite modalities. It is a technique born of osteopathy. It is a form of manual therapy that focuses specific holds to cranial bones, spine, and sacrum in service to relaxation and subtle movement of the central nervous system.

It can be very supportive to those who struggle with TMJ, migraines and headaches, and head injuries. It supports overall nervous system health, can induce deep relaxation, and help unwind tension throughout the whole system.

Session rates are $150 for 60 minutes.
